SHIPPING POLICY
At Love Whirl Beauty, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not only for our products but also our process. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast via USPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we got you covered! We offer an Express service so you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at lovewhirlbeauty@gmail.com. Fill out the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in it's original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
